Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
No breakable glasses or plates around the pool area.
Please respect the neighbours. Quiet time after 11 p.m.
Please wash the dishes and throw out the rubbish before checkout. Separating recycling and normal waste.
Make sure to turn off the lights and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close shutters, the windows and lock the doors.
The use of the log burner is under adult supervision only.
Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to the owner.
Please leave the keys in the same place where you find them.
Check in time is at 3:00pm and check out is a 11:00am. Any time after this it will count as an extra day. Unless it has been pre-arranged.

100% refund within 24 hours after booking (provided the stay is at least 60 days away).
50% refund of the amount paid (minus the booking fee*) if cancelled at least 8 weeks before check-in.
25% refund of the amount paid (minus the booking fee*) if cancelled at least 4 weeks before check-in.
No refund if cancelled less than 4 weeks before check-in.
